As Assistant Service Manager at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.

 

What you will be doing?

 

Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.

Oversee the Front of House Operations, managing resource levels and productivity.

CXM, CXM and CXM. You will be wholly and completely Customer Focused, delivery 5* Customer Service Every Day.  Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.

Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

What we are looking for?

Experience within the automotive industry is essential.

Excellent organisation skills, with experience in high-level reporting. Experience working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs.

An open and approachable leadership style, with experience in leading, motivating, and coaching managers.
