Working in our Corporate team as a Corporate Support Executive, you'll be a key part of the business, delivering first-class admin support and helping develop great relationships with our corporate customers.

What you’ll do day to day
- Deliver first-class and prompt admin support to the Corporate Hub
- Help develop relationships with purchasers from existing Corporate customers
- Support LBDMs, Key Account Managers and Broker Account Managers
- Act as a key point of contact for Corporate customers
- Construct quotes according to negotiated terms
- Maintain the Corporate customer database
- Manage customer demonstration bookings
- Order and locate vehicles to fulfil sold orders
- Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues to the Corporate Hub Manager
- Ensure timely processing and documentation
- Agree profit on deals before month-end closure
- Track and control vehicle debtors
- Initiate and maintain vehicle deal files

- Strong customer awareness
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Full UK Driving Licence
