Customer and Sales Team Support – Audi Chelmsford

In this customer facing role you will be the first point of contact for all customers that come through our doors. You will have excellent communication, great organisational skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.

This role would give someone the chance to demonstrate skills that are relevant in both our Sales and Service Teams with the opportunity to develop their career in one of these departments

What you’ll do day to day

 

*        Carrying our Customer Data Connections, managing and achieving brand targets

*        Producing and updating data connection reports

*        Driving (when required) collection of sold cars

*        New & Used advertising – updating centre website

*        Reception – answering customers calls and passing messages on efficiently (morning and afternoon)

*        Forecourt & Display Management

*        Telephone, digital and phone prospecting with customers

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with the ability to consistently deliver a positive customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
