Contact Centre Advisor 

Overview

Our Customer Contact Centre based at VW Chelmsford are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.

If you are hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communications skills and are passionate about building teams which are focused on ensuring every customer has a great experience, then we would like to talk to you about our Contact Centre Advisor (Aftersales) position.

What you will be doing?

Maintain regular contact with our customers

Manage inbound and outbound calls

Maintain a high standard of current product, process, and system knowledge.

Adopting a sales approach regarding upsell.

Maintain accurate customer records

Deal with customer complaints

Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
