Overview
Our Mercedes Benz Peterborough Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.
What you will be doing?
Contacting customer by telephone/email to discuss their online vehicle enquiry;
Maintaining a high level of professionalism;
Focusing on achieving a high appointment rate;
Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and sales;
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
