Overview
Our Volkswagen Maidstone Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.
As a Receptionist at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.
What you will be doing?
Provide full reception support, including meeting and greeting clients and employees in a professional manner.
Answer the telephone and directing all enquiries to a relevant specialist.
Complete general administration duties, such as email management and customer enquiry management.
Complete other ad hoc tasks for the dealership.
You should be comfortable dealing with members of the public and have a passion for exceptional customer service.
