TPS Parts Sales Executive
Overview
Here at Group 1 Automotive we are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.
What you will be doing?
Establishing customers’ needs for required parts through conversations, diagnosis and recommendations as appropriate
Communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers
Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers
Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers
Reporting any stock damages or losses
Assisting parts stock checks
Liaising and maintaining a brilliant working relationship with the manufacturer
Being fully conversant with procedures within the parts department
Maintaining and updating displays as per manufacturer requirements
What we are looking for?
If you think you’ve got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply!
Full UK Driving Licence
Motor Industry experience is preferable
Happy to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
