As a Alloy Wheel Repair Manager at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Alloy Wheel Repair Manager to oversee all aspects of re-facing alloy wheels using our Diamond Cutting machine. The ideal candidate will lead, support, and manage a team to achieve the highest standards in customer service, ensure safety, and collaborate effectively with our Norwich location and retail sites.

What you will be doing?

Oversee and manage the re-facing of alloy wheels on the Diamond Cutting machine.

Ensure all processes are carried out efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Monitor and maintain equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety.

Lead, support, and motivate the repair team to achieve performance targets.

Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.

Manage team schedules and workloads to ensure smooth operations.

What we are looking for?

Previous experience of working within the Automotive industry

Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade

Able to influence, motivate and manage a team effectively

Maintain methodical and logical approach to varying workloads

Will be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads

A full driving licence
