Dealership Accountant – SKODA & SEAT/CUPRA (Location flexible)

Working in our accounts department as a Dealership Accountant you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Prepare and maintain accounts up to audit level, including monthly management accounts and full year returns.
  • Monitor variances to budget and forecast, co-ordinate departmental returns and submit OEM composite reports monthly.
  • Provide business partnering and robust information to the Heads of Business and departmental managers for your stores.
  • Monitor and focus on working capital, including debt levels and overage stock.
  • Manage the accounts administration function to ensure that all records comply with company and statutory requirements.

  • Previous experience of working within the automotive industry
  • Be an experienced accountant, preferably with experience in the automotive industry
  • Have a proven experience of supervising and leading an accounts department
  • Be qualified by accreditation through a recognised accountancy body
