Local Business Development Manager
Overview
Our Jaguar Land Rover Watford Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.
As a Local Business Development Manager for Group 1 you will be supported in your new role and enrolled onto our 4 day sales academy in Maidstone to help you settle in to your new role.
What you will be doing?
Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for the local business clients, maximising the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.
Prospect and develop business customers in order to achieve maximum business customer retention.
Represent the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products.
Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data
What we are looking for?
If you think you’ve got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply!
Full UK Driving Licence
Motor Industry experience is preferable
Happy to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
