At the heart of our Talent Acquisition Team, Recruitment Administrators are committed to delivering outstanding and trusted support for our colleagues. You will be a key member of talent acquisition team, responsible for assisting with recruitment administration and supporting hiring managers.

What you’ll do day to day
- Assisting with administration, such as candidate enquiries and hiring manager recruitment support
- Create recruitment performance reports based on set criteria
- Advertise vacancies on internal/external job boards and advertising channels.
- Monitor incoming applications and advise recruitment team based on set criteria.
- Provide recruitment project support when required.

- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets and/or within a high-pressured environment
- Strong teamwork skills
